DERECHO A LA LIBRE EXPRESIÓN

El derecho a la libre expresión es uno de los derechos más fundamentales que tiene el ser humano según el artículo 19 de la declaración universal de los derechos humanos que consigna lo siguiente el individuo tiene derecho a la libertad de opinión y de expresión; este derecho incluye el de no ser molestado a causa de sus opiniones, el de investigar y recibir informaciones y opiniones, y el de difundirlas, sin limitación de fronteras, por cualquier medio de expresión.
Por ser un derecho inalienable, esta sociedad se ha encargado de violar y en ocasiones con un sentido discriminativo, donde se imparte un irrespeto como tal. En tiempos antiguos la iglesia era la que regía unas leyes divinas donde no se permitían expresarse libremente ya que era una blasfema o como se quiera tomar en la época, la idea era no tratar de debatir si no de pasar el mensaje y este se ha mal interpretado a través de los tiempos con manifestaciones absurdas de que libre expresión es llevar como ejemplo en cabello de una forma por rebeldía excusándose de que es un derecho de libre expresión sin tener lo mínimo de cultura. En esta falencia de cultura radica mucho de los problemas de las actuales y anteriores sociedades. Cierto punto en este llama la atención de los que los defienden y que se ve muy marginado es el Homosexualismo, donde parejas del mismo sexo no tenían el mismo derecho de libertad respecto a leyes que los defiendan como personas naturales y accedan a beneficios del estado.



The right to free expression is one of the most fundamental rights that human beings have under Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights which states the following the individual's right to freedom of opinion and expression: this right includes of not being harassed because of their opinions, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers, by any means of expression. As an inalienable right, this company has been charged with raping and sometimes with a discriminative sense, which is taught as such disrespect. In ancient times the church was a divine laws governing where free speech is not allowed because it was a curse or what you take at the time, the idea was not trying to debate if you do not get the message and this is bad interpreted through the ages with absurd statements that free speech is to take as an example in the hair of a form of envy that apologizing is the right of free speech without having the minimum of culture. In this void of culture lies much of the problems of current and past societies. Some point in this attracts the attention of those who defend them and that is very marginal Homosexuality is where same-sex couples did not have the same right of freedom from laws to defend them as individuals and access to state benefits
